IN compliance with Section 64 of "The Education Act, 1877," and Section 3 of " The Education Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1885," the Nelson Eduucation Board hereby fixes the following time and place for a PUBLIO MEETING «f the HOUSE. ANEW SOHOOL DISTRIOT, to be called the NEUDORF SOHOOL DISTRICT, is hereby constituted, and shall comprise so much of the present Upper Moutere Sohool pistriot as lies to the West of the Moutere Riv«r, from the boundary of the Lower Moutere Sohool Distriot to Kellinjr'B Road, oa seotion 96, and to the North and West »f a line drawn th«nc« along the original road leading to Daredale as far as the S.W. corner of seotion No. 104, and continued along the northern, boundaries of Sections Nos. 107, 109, and 111, ani along the western boundaries of Seetiens Nos. 11l and 225, to the southern corner of the last named Section; thence along the N.W. boundaries of Sections Nos. 171 and 172 to the S.W. corner of Section 172, and continued Btraight from that point to the S.W. corner of Seotion 171, Square 2, on the boundary of the present Upper Meutere Sohool Dis . triot. The new Sohool District of Upper Moutere will comprise so much of the area of the present Upper Moutere School District as lies to the East of the above described line.
