Before J. Sharp, Esq., R.M. This Day. Breach of Harbour Regulations. Daniel Fraser, Master of the schooner Waiotahi, was charged with being guilty of a breach of the 10th Section of the Steam Navigation Act. His Worship said that in inflicting the fiue he should take into consideration that this was the first case of the kind that had occured, and' although defendant had rendered himself liable to a penalty of £50, he should only fine him £l and costs. Michael Devanny, Jun., was charged with furious riding, in Bridge Street, on Monday, the 4th inst. Fiued £2 and costs. H. Black, and James Donaldson, were fiued ss. each aud costs, for allowing their horses to be at large in the public streets.
