NOTICES TO CORRESPONDENTS.
Letters for insertion in the Evbnino Mail must 'be^ritte'n upon one side bf the paper only, and sent to the office before 12 o'clock noon, or they will not appear in that evening's paper. No notice canbe taken of anonymous communications. Whatever is intended for insertion in this journal must be authenticated by the name andaddress of the writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of good faith.
