This Day. [Before his Honor Mr. Justice Richmond.] Richard Beckford Scott. — Adjudged bankrupt. First meeting at Court-house, Nelson, Monday, Bth March. In the bankruptcy of William Akersten. Public sitting ordered for Frilay, 12th March. In the insolvency of John Jones Hornby. Estate vested forthwith in Robert Pollock, on affidavit of a creditor. John Lockett, gentleman, obtained his discharge, by having previously undertaken to pay £6 a month out of his salary to Provisional Trustee for benefit of creditors. In the bankruptcy of Eichard Sutcliffe. Bankrupt's discharge suspended for six inonths.
