Nelson, Nov. 20, 10 p.m. The s.s. "Rangitoto, T. W. Taverner, Commander, left. Williamstown at 3.30 p.m. on the 14th inst., and arrived Ht the Bluff this day. at 1 p.m. The s.s. Geelong anchored in Hobson Bay at. 6.30 on the 14th instaut, one day behind.her due d:ite. ' H.R.H. the Duke of Edinburgh was still in South Australia. He is expected to leave Adelaide on the 23rd instant, and arrive in Melbourne on the-28t:i. Great preparations are being made all over Victoria for his reception.
