Mr Cyrus Redding has made the Yelverton case, which is still before the House of Lords, the basis of an interesting novel, under the appropriate title of " A Wife and not a Wife," and the condition of affairs therein pointed out; as still existing in some portion of the Marriage Law is somewhat startliug.
