Thomas Andrews.— Liabilities, £1,345 12s. 10d.; assets. £1,438 10s. These^cases had been previously brought before Mr. Jnstice Johnston, who had promised to furnish his notes of these different cases to Mr, Justice Richmond, but, from some cause, this had not been done, and the sitting Judge, being anxious to make himself thoroughly acquainted with the cases before proceeding to adjudicate upon them, adjourned their further hearing until the 20th proximo. In the cases of J. W. T. Lechnar, C. S. Saxton, W. R; Cator, and W. Weedon, no fresh evidence was brought before the Court. In those of S. Owens, J. Sigley, and T. Andrews; some slight evidence was Adduced ox no public interest. We would take this opportunity of congratulating the community on the fact that we have upon the Bench a Judge who, while disposed to protect the honest debtor,' is equally determined to punish those who' may have dealt fraudulently and dishonestly towards their dreditors;
