It is generally believed that the convicted Eenians, Burke and Doran, will be spared, by the commutation of the death sentence to imprsonment for a term of years. ] A treaty of alliance has been concluded between Prussia and the Grand Duchy of Hesse. They of the Grand Duchy of Luxemberg have asked for annexation to Belgium.
