ITALY.
The Pope continues in good health, and has been enthusiastically received in public. It is reported that the Garibaldeans are exciting insurrections iv the Roman territory, with a view to put down the temporal Government, bufc at the same time to respect the spiritual authority of the Holy Father ; a provisional Government to be formed, aud a plebiscite to decide the question of annexation. Garibaldi bas writteu to say that Rome must be the capital of Italy.
