GERMANY.
The Prussian Chambe7-s opened on tbo 29th April. A new 5| per cent, loan was issued to meet the financial requirements of the military administration, and to replace arms and ammunition to meet contingencies. The general feeling of the Germans, publicly expressed, is that Luxemburg must soon be uuited to Germany. The army is in splendid force, and anxious for war. The King of Prussia is firm and decided. He declares that, Germany is now in a position to uphold her rights and dignity, and to maintain peace by her collective strength.
