The Emperor has been well received by the general public since the announcement of the Reform. It is, said the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Duke "of Cambridge,
Lord Stanley, and all the members of the English Commission are to be present afc the opening of the Universal Exhibition. It is also rumored that the Sultan will be preseut during the Exhibition. The Chambers are to open on February 14. Thafc day has been fixed by an Imperial decree. It is supposed that when the session is over, the Corps Legislatif will be dissolved, and fresh elections take place. I
