A FEEBLE EXPLANATION.
To thk Editor of thk 'Evening Mail.' Sir—Will you allow me through the medium of your columns to remind Sir David Monro, apropos to the expose which appeared in this morning's Colonist, ofthe old French proverb, "Qui s' excuse, s'accuse ?" I leave the translation and application to himself. I am, &c, Anti-Humbug.
