A Ministry has been formed. Mr. Blyth to be Chief Secretary, Mr. Milne as Commissioner of Lands, Mr. Boucaut, AttorneyGeneral; Mr. Duffield, Treasurer; Mr. Englsh, Commissioner Public Works. No business is being done in exports. Flour is quoted at £16 10s. to £18, and wheat 6s. 6d. to 6s. 9d. Highway robberies are becoming more frequent, several sticking-up cases have been reported.
