WANGANUI.
Mr. Edward Lewis held an extensive Bale of cattle and sheep on Thursday last. There was a large attendance of buyers, and fair prices were realised^
315 wethers were sold at an average of 15s 3d; 621 ewes at 18s. Fat cattle brought about £12 12s a head, and store cattle, £7 7s.
