LOBURN
CHURCH SOCIAL. —A very pleasant function was held in the Loburn Hall last evening, when members and friends of the Church of England met at a social gathering. The evening Avas spent in dancing, and cards for those Avho preferred less strenuous exercise. Music Avas supplied by Miss McGrath’s Orchestra, Avith Mr J. Hancox (violinist), and Mr Nairn (drums). The duties of M.C. Avere ably carried out by Messrs C. Hiatt, L. Saxton, and A. Henry. During the supper interval, the Yen. Archdeacon A. C. Purchas took the opportunity of thanking those present for their attendance.
