4s French P M PARIS, Tue (1 p.mJ.—The French Socialist leader, M. Jules Moch, Minister of the Interior in the outgoing Queuille cabinet, tonight accepted the job of forming France's 13th government, since the liberation
M. Moch was named Premier-desig-nate by President Vincent Auriol after he reported that he was willing to try to form a new coalition cabinet. In the last four days of intensive conferences, M. Moch has won the full support of his own Socialist Party (99 seats in the Assembly), and the Popular Republicans (150 seats) for a compromise on the wages and prices problem which brought down the last coalition. M. Moch needs 311 votes in the Assembly to get constitutional mandate to go ahead in forming a government.
Parliament is not expected to meet until Thursday.
