Recent good track work, following a fast finishing run into fourth place at Avondale on July 23, indicates that Rating is near his best and he may be solidly supported in the JelJicoe Handicap, one mile, principal fiat event at Ellerslie tomorrow. An early return to form is expected from Wonder Boy, w : ho was never well placed at his last outing, at Trentham on July 9. Robin Leigh will be suited by the distance and can be expected to race prominently.
