Advances are available up to 80 per cent of The Society’s valuation of approved properties. , 2. Ultimate unencumbered ownership can be achieved by easy repayments of principal and interest by means of regular instalments. 3. Even faster repayment is possible by taking advantage of the generous and unusual mortgage provision whereby additional repayments as high as one-fifth of the principal sum can be made without penalty in any oue year. 4. Initial legal and valuation costs ate reduced substantially. 5. Advances can be obtained on the security of suitable properties in the main cities and larger provincial centres throughout New Zealand.
