(11 a.m.)—Following the decision of the Federal Council of the Waterside Workers’ Federation to reaffirm the black ban on the Canadian freighter Haligonian Duke, the Victorian watersiders ruled that it was a matter for discussion between the Federal Council and the Australian Council of Trade Unions.
