War Conventions
LONDON. Mon. Gl a.m.).—New Zealand and Australia were amccig 15 non-Communist nations which presented a memorandum today to the world conference on war conventions claiming that the conference is not competent to discuss the Soviet proposal to outlaw atomic weapons. The non-Communist nations have an overwhelming majority in the conference.
