Timber For Fence
AUCKLAND, Tue. (Sp.).— “Th« ' seems to be reasonable doubt as how the timber used for this should be classified and, after hearing the evidence, I cannot say definitely that the timber was not the kind authorised,” 1V Mr J. H. Luxford, SJVL, yesterday, dismissing a charge laid against Robert James Kerridge, company director, of Glenn Innes, for a breach of the Building Emergency Regulations. Defendant denied a charge of using timber suitable for housing construction in the building of a post and rail fence and pergola at his house at Glen Innes. (
