HELSINKI, Thu- TIP- a.m.)~The Finnish Cabinet today dedded to free Finland’s wartime President, Risto Ryti, sentenced in 1945 to 10'years’ imprisonment for war guilt. Several doctors confirmed that he is suffering from-incurable diseases.
