MUNICH, Thu. <lO a.m.)—The American Military Court today convicted 24-year-old Gertrude Mittenentzwei of having stolen United States military documents, and sentenced her to 30 months’ gaol. She had admitted during her trial that she was driven to “join tire Soviet information service” by threats from Soviet officials against her and hexparents, who live in the Russian zone.
