Heavy Agenda For Mangonui Councillors

KAITAIA, Fri. (Sp.)—Members of the Mangonui County Council, at their monthly meeting on Wednesday, faced their heaviest agenda for some time. Commencing at 10.30 a.m., the council rose at 6 p.m., with several important items still outstanding. Members then sat until 6.30 p.m. as the Awanui Harbour Board. On May 31 the council will hold a special meeting to consider draft estimates and to fix rates for the current year.
