Kamo Voting Light This Morning

Up to 12.30 p.m. today about 80 residents of Kamo had voted in the for-or-against amalgamation poll conducted by the Kamo Town Board. As there are 440 enrolled in the town district, that means that only 18.2 per cent of the electors had voted in just over three hours. Mr R. Whitelaw, town clerk of the Kamo Town Eoard, whose office Is the only polling place in the town, said he expected more votes to be cast during the afternoon.
