Two More At Dunedin

DUNEDIN, Mon. (Sp.).—Two New Zealand records were broken at Dunedin where the other Australians featured. Shirley Strickland (Australia), broke the 75 yards record by covering the distance in 8 3-5. Yvette Williams (Otago) put the shot 36ft ljin to beat her old record by nearly 2ft. The Australians won four of the 11 events in which they competed. Miss Strickland won the 75 yards and dead-heated for first in the 100 yards. E. Carr won the 220 yards in 22 2-5 and P. Mullins won the 120 yards hurdles in 15 2-5.
