WELLINGTON.—The Department of Labour and Employment an- 1 nounced tkat of 2928 Government assisted immigrants' since the • inauguration of the scheme, onjy barely 1.3 per cert, had been released from their contracts- to return to Britain.
Twenty-eight had been released for domestic or compassionate reasons, “four were Unsuitable, anefive had returned; te Britain because thei w r ere dissatisfied.
