WELLINGTON.— Reporting on ij week’s returns for •■'the motor vehicle brake - testing campaign present being in several parts of New Zealand, the Commissioner of Transpod (Mr G. L. Laurenson); told, the Road Safety Council that of 7(0 vehicles tested 106 ’ failed to comply witf the test.
