Philippine Floods
MANILA, Fri.—Floods submerged 25 towns in the Bulacan and Pampanga provinces in the north of Manila when the Angat and Pampanga rivers broke their banks following a series of downpours in the past few days.
Four persons are reported to have been drowned.
The damage to farms, public works and communications is estimated at £1,500,000.
