Leigh Simpson). He said appeals for increased production had failed miserably because of the complete lack of sincerity of the Prime Minister and his Federal colleagues.
The view had been expressed that high taxation was necessary to counter inflation, but excess taxation was being used to build up still more expensive administrations. * * *
