MELBOURNE. The Old Vic Company, with Sir LfilTance and Lady Olivier, nlk been refused the right to fiy direct from Brisbane to Auckland by chartered Skymasters at the conclusion of the Australian tour.
The Director-General of Civil Aviation in Australia (Air Marshal R. Williams) said that there was a regular service to New Zealand and dollars could not be wasted on petrol.
