INJURED
LEVlN.—Severe head injuries were sustained by Mr George Henry Francis, aged about 60. farmer, of Longburn. as a result of being struck by a car in Queen Street, Levin, on Saturday night. The driver of the car was Mr D. G. Collier, of Levin. Mr Francis was admitted to the Palmerston North Hospital, where his condition yesterday morning was*- serious. (P.A.)
