Injured When inflating Tyre
Inflating a truck tyre today, Mr Brant Holland, 48, of 36 Stanley Street, an employee of the Whangarei Transport Company, received head injuries when the lock ring blew off. He was hit over the right forehead and his right eye and eyelid were cut, without, however, damaging his vision. Mr Holland w ; as unconscious for five minutes before being removed by .ambulance to the Whangarei District Hospital.
