LOTTERY
INVERCARGILL. First pcjtee of in an Australian lottery has been won by Mr James O’Brien, of Invercargill.
Mr O’Brien is’a widower aged 77.
Until 30 ydars ago he was a farmer in the district near Kelso, later being a hotel licensee. Heathen conducted a cSrdial manufacturing business in Invercargill until he retired about nine years ago.
Mr O’Brien has been taking tickets in this lottery at/ irregular intervals. —(P.A.) * * *
