WELLINGTON, Wed. (P.A.)—The Wellington advisers of Mr Randolph Churchill have been informed that he will arrive in Auckland by air from the United States on December 12 and will fly to Wellington the same day.

The purpose of Mr Churchill’s return is to contest the action in the Supreme Court at Wellington as plaintiff for alleged libel against the Southern Cross newspaper. Wellington. Mr Churchill has been lecturing in the United States and the communication was received by radio-telephone from New York.
