Done Cement- Adviser To Visit Whangarei
A passenger on the ship Tidewater, Mr A. B. Anderson, of Copenhagen, is expected in Whangarei on Monday.
He will confer with officials of the Portland cement works with a view to installing rifore modern equipment that will increase production. Mr Anderson’s company had been supplying producers of cement in New Zealand with machinery for 50 years. If the machinery is required, he said, he could make arrangements to supply it from Australia.
