(Special) AUCKLAND, This Day. The Dominion representative on the Japanese peace conference would be announced shortly, said the Prime Minister (Mr Fraser). Mr Fraser is confident that the conference will be a success if delegates cooperate as they did at the Commonwealth conference at Canberra. The New Zealand representative to the Empire Economic conference would also be announced shortly. The Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations (Lord Addison) is expected in about a fortnight. Lord Addison will visit Wellington and such other centres as time permits. He will discuss aid for Britain proposals with the Cabinet.
