Some Live In Fool's Paradise
(Rec. 1.30.) LONDON, Sept. 2. Mr Ernest Bevin, speaking at a trade union dinner at Southport, said Britain remained a great nation, despite lots of opinions to the contrary. Nations which thought otherwise could be left to live in a fool's paradise. “I cannot and will not allow myself to believe that this generation is going to fail,” he said.
