Two More Arrive At Ohokeo

(Spec.) PALMERSTON N„ This Day. Two more Mosquito aircraft of the 80 recently acquired by the RNZAF for the Dominion’s peacetime air force arrived at Ohakea yesterday afternoon.

The flight across the Tasman took just under five hours. One of the planes came from the Royal Australian Air Force, while the other was flown from England. The latter aircraft left England on March 12, but was delayed for three days at Singapore and eight days at Sydney. It left Darwin the day before the cyclone in which another RNZAF Mosquito was lost. Three Australian Mosquitoes and one from England are at present in Sydney waiting to be flown across. There are also several aircraft en rdute from England.
