Deadlock In Milk Dispute
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, This Day. The chances of housewives in the Auckland metropolitan area having milk delivered on Sunday appear today to be slender. Special arrangements have been made to have hospital supplies delivered. It' appeared this morning that the dispute betwen the roundsmen and employers might become more serious and possibly spread to factory workers in the Auckland province, in which case mid-week supplies will be threatened. The position this morning is a complete deadlock, with each side waiting for the other to make the next move.
