Rehab. Long Way From Completion

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The work of the Rehabilitation Department would continue for five years without much abatement and probably would be of considerable volume in 10 years’ time, the Minister of Rehabilitation (Mr Skinner) states. "I think we in New Zealand can feel justly satisfied that we have been and are transforming the rehabilitation of our ex-servicemen and women from the stage, of theory into an actual accomplished fact." he said. "We have gone a creditable distance along the road, but much still remains to be done before we can sincerely say that the job is completed. It will probably lake anything up to 10 years or even more.”
