A shortage of refrigerated railway wagons has resulted in one food ship remaining idle since her arrival on Thursday.
A Railway Department official said last night that as much of the produce demanded long hauls from Moerewa and Horotiu, wagons to supply the four food ships in port was more than the rail facilities could supply.
