Monterey Sails Today

(P.A.t AUCKLAND, This Day. Some 350 New Zealand war brides and children of United States servicemen embarked this morning on the Monterey which is scheduled to sail at 4 p.m. today. The majority seemed radiantly happy. Embarkation began at 9 a.tn. and kept to schedule. Over 50 wives and children who arrived from the south by train yesterday were accommodated in the Monterey owing to hotels be'ng fully booked.
