Italian POW Dies
(1.30 p.m.) MELBOURNE. This Day. An Italian prisoner who was shot while trying to escape from a prisoner of war camp near Dandenong on Saturday night, died yesterday. Prompt action averted r. threatened revolt ol the nrisoners.
