N.Z. Air Marshal Commander In India
(Rec. 10 a.m.) LONDON, Mar. 31. It is officially announced that AirMarshal Sir Roderick Carr has been appointed Air Officer Commander in Chief, India. He is also undertaking the functions of Air Officer Commanding Base Air Force in South-East Asia. Sir Rodei’ick was born in New Zealand in 1891 and educated at the Feilding Public School and Wellington College.
