The Prime Minister (Mr Fraser* is expected to arrive at the Ngapuhi Aerodrome. Kaikohe. by plane at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday. He will motor direct to Otiria. where he will preside at the opening cf the To Rito Hall, which has been donated for use of the Labour movement in the Bay of Islands. As far as can be ascertained, Mr Fraser : s not expected to visit any other Northland centres, and it is expected he will return by plane alter the opening ol' the hall. A Press Association message from Wellington says the carved Maori meeting house at Otiria. Northland, will be dedicated by the Prime Minister for the use of Maori and pakeha members of the Labour Party.

Accompanied by Mr Tirikatene, Mr Fraser will fly to Auckland on Wednesday afternoon and then will fly on to Kaikohe on Thursday morning.
