The last film produced by the late Leslie Howard, "The Genlle Sex.” now showing at the Regent, has been hailed by criiics as among the greats. Into this story of women, who are attempting to remould the world. Leslie Howard poured all hk. genius, and even though he does not appear in person, his talent and experience is evident throughout. .During this century women of all nations have been fighting for a more: prominent part in the shaping of their own destinies and of those of the world. In this war the women have shared hardships and dangers along with,; the men, and thus have the right to dictate their wants. It was with this thought in mind that "The Genlle Sex" was made, and it. is in the nature of a tribute to those women of Britain Who have achieved so much.
