Appointment Of Bishop
(Rec. 1 pm.) LONDON. Aug. 24. The National Union of Protestants has sent: letters to the King. Mr Attlee and the Archbishop of Canterbury demanding that the election of Dr Wand as Bishop of London be declared null and void until a thorough investigation has been made.
