New By-Law Governs Offensive Trades

A by-law governing the carrying on of offensive trades within Hie borough was passed at a special meeting of the Whangaroi Borough Council lasi night. This registration will be annual, and the fee payable will, be £1 per annum, and for transfer of registration, 10/-. The bylaw then deals with the measures that have to be taken by the person carrying on with the trade to ensure that no offence is erected by reason of his trade.
