Bombay Reign Of Terror
(Rec. 11.40 a.m.) POONA, August 23. The Bombay Government has arrested more than 300 men and declared seven organisations illegal, following a reign of terror in the Satra district. Terrorists tortured at least 120 villagers, policemen and Government officials. They have been operating for two years. Some of the victims had horseshoes nailed to their feet and some had their arms and legs cut oil.
